PPG - setting up user accounts

The PPG application provides you with the ability to set up accounts for your users.

To open the account manger dialog box, click on accounts in the Personal Phone Gateway options.

To add a user click on the Add button.

To modify a user, highlight their name and click modify.

To delete a user, highlight their name and click delete.

For each of your users you have a dialog box.

Enable user	Check to enable a user. TIP you can quickly suspend a user by un-checking this box.
User ID	Up to 20 characters (no spaces)
Password	Users password
Time	The user can have unlimited time or a maximum amount TIP the number is reduced as the user places calls, so you can see how much time a user has left.
Webpage	Optional - web page for the user to check their status etc.
User details	Optional - for your information.
