Setup SkypeForward function
|

Our
USB Personal Phone Gateway
(PPG) and PCI PPG can forward your Skype incoming call to the phone
number you pre-specified.
To setup:
1) You must have
Personal Phone Gateway (PPG) Ver8.18 or up
installed and Windows Internet explorer 4.0 or up.

2) Setup your Skype Access
control. Click here for

3) Make Skype address bar is
open. Click here for
instruction

4) Open the Personal Phone
Gateway Manager:
Right click the PPG's icon
in system tray and click open
|

|
5) In the Personal Phone Gateway
Manager click on Setting button to setup SkyForward function |
 |
|
|
6) Select
Enable Skype support Forward
Enable Skype Forward
Enter how many sec will wait
before forward.
Enter the phone number you
like PPG forward your Skype Call to.
Click Ok.
Your PPG is ready to forward your incoming skype call to the phone
number you specified
Note: If you have Skype running, PPG will ask you to close Skype in
order to setup Skype configuration. |

The status of Skype
forward function
|
 |
After you enable Skype Forward
Function, you should see a Skype icon in PPG's dialog box.
If the Skype icon is gray, your
Skype is not running. Make sure you have Skype running.

If the Skype Icon is red with
arrow, PPG has both Skype Forward and Skype Incoming function enable.
PPG is ready to
- Forward the incoming Skype
call to the phone number you have specified
- Accept incoming call from
the phone line and forward to another Skype user

If the Skype Icon is red without
arrow, PPG only has Skype Incoming function enable.
Note: Need to click "incoming
call" setup button in Personal Phone Gateway Manager to setup how to
handle the incoming call |
