CD
installation

Your PPG will have shipped with an installation
CD.

DO NOT plug
in your PPG before you install the CD.

For WinXp, reboot PC before installation
-
Simply put the CD into your CD drive and the CD will
auto run and install.

After install CD, Plug your hardware in.

Plug your phone line into the socket labeled "Line"
and ensure your PC is connected to Internet.

Reboot your PC. PPG wizard
will now run.

Follow the on screen installation instruction, answer the
questions to setup your gateway.
IMPORTANT-
email ID you choose for your PPG has to be different from
your USB Phone's email ID |
Web download
and installation
Make sure
you close PPG application
in system tray before install the new release
You can download the latest version of the PPG application. Follow the instructions below;
IMPORTANT note if you already have the PPG application
installed, please see the update page.
DO NOT plug
in your PPG card or plug in the PPG USB cable.
Go to the directory where you downloaded the file to .
Double click on the file you downloaded.
Follow the install procedure. |

Note; your serial number is on the metal bracket of the
PPG card or the top of your USB PPG.
Once the PPG software installation is complete, either;
USB PPG
Plug in the USB cable, the appropriate drivers will be
installed.
PCI PPG
Switch off your PC, plug the PPG PCI card into your PC,
switch you PC back on, the appropriate drivers will be
installed.
