Checking your PPG is installed OK

To confirm that all of the drivers that your PPG needs to work have been correctly loaded, you can open the device manager.

 

To open device manager;

 

  •   Click Start

  •   Click Control Panel

  •   Click System

  •   Click Device Manager

Follow below instruction to check

Device Manager settings

A typical device manager display is below;

 
Click on the "+" next to Sound, video and game controllers

You should see "Personal Phone Gateway by TigerJet"

If there is a yellow ! or red ! next to "Personal Phone . . ." or you see "Unknown PCI device" then follow the instructions below;

1)  Right click to highlight the entry.

2)  Click on the Remove button at the bottom of the dialog box.

3)  Reboot your PC.
