Help and Support for your PPG

If you have a technical problem please check the FAQ first, then if you cannot find an answer please follow the procedure below.

An easy initial check is to confirm your PPG is on-line.

Note: if your PPG is on a PC that is behind a router please visit the LAN/network help page.

If your PPG is directly connected to the Internet please continue below.


First check to make is to ensure that your 6666 UDP and 6667 TCP ports are open with the port check.

If your ports are closed and you are running Windows XP please visit the page on configuring the Windows XP firewall.
