your PPG can share your phone line or your fax line. PPG
checks to see if there is a call in progress (dial tone) before placing a call.
Note: Since each country's dial tone is different, the
dial tone detection feature may
NOT work
for non-USA area.
Follow below instruction to enable Dial Tone detection:
- Open GMConfig.ini in Personal Phone Gateway
Directory
- In [PPG_CONTROL] section, change "enableDialtoneDetect=no"
to yes
- Save and close the file and PPG application. Your
PPG will detect the dial tone before make call now.
