Windows ICS configuration for PPG

Windows ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) can be easily configured to support your Personal Phone Gateway (PPG).

There are two options when installing your PPG on the network with Windows ICS.

  •

Install the PPG card and application on the PC that is running ICS and is directly connected to the Internet. This option does not require any configuration.

  •
Install the PPG and application on a PC that is part of the network. Instructions are below.

Before installation of your Personal Phone Gateway (PPG)

Your PC running Windows ICS is sharing your Internet connection to all of your PCs.

After installation of your Personal Phone Gateway (PPG)

Simply install the PPG application on the PC that is running Windows ICS and drop in the PPG PCI card.

You can continue to use the PC normally as your PPG will have no effect on the normal operation of your PC.
