To help identify
Internet connection and router issues when you phone does not work we
have created the Connection tester utility that checks the
audio to your phone and your Internet connection.
For best
quality set your router to "NetMeeting" mode.
In addition we
also have a diagnostic utility that will log all of your
call setup activity and is useful in cases where you have
difficulty reaching a particular number.
