IP Phone Center Diagnostic

Please make sure update your software to ver.818 or up

Check your version number, click here

Download ver.818 or up, click here

Place test calls

Place a call to "Voice Demo" (in the Buddy List) and then place calls in a situation where you are having a problem.

Send us the log files

Go to; C:\Program Files\IP Phone Center

There will be log files called Buddy. log

Email the files with an explanation of your problem to support@cuphone.com; and we will get back to you within 1 working days

To turn off the diagnostic

Go to; C:\Program Files\IP Phone Center

Double click on; BuddyLog.exe

Uncheck the Enable logging mode box

Click OK

Important reboot your PC.


Send us the log files

Go to; C:\Program Files\IP Phone Center

There will be two log files (sort by date to find easily) called PcCall.log and Buddynnnn.log (nnnn is the date).
