Debugging you IP Phone Center

Please make sure you have ver.85 or later software.

If not, please download and install it now.

Reboot your PC and test again. The problem may go away!

If the problem is related to Skype, please click here for instruction

To help us to debug your IP Phone Center Problem, please

provide us below information:

	Yellow: your IP Phone is on line and ready to make call. If you don't know how to make call, click here for the instruction.
	Grey with red cross on top: the hardware is not found. Click here to debug
	Red: Your IP phone is not on line. You may behind firewall/router. Click here to debug


2) If the phone icon is yellow, what are the status light 1 and 2 color. Click here for more information
	Green: connection is ok Red: Connection has problem. If 1 or 2 is green, you should able to make/receive call
If 1 is green, st1 connection mode is available and you can make and receive call in st1 mode If 1 is red, you can still make call in st1 mode but can not receive st1 call If 2 is green, st2 connection mode is available and you can make and receive call in st2 mode If 2 is red, you can not make or receive st2 call

3) If the phone icon is yellow, can you place a call to "Voice Demo" (in the Buddy list)? Click here for the instruction

4) When the call is connected, what is the connection mode? the information is on the top of the dialog box.
