Connection Tester utility

If you still have problem, follow below instruction to run connection Test

 

Download and install Connection Tester

Click here to download connection tester. ver.821

Double click on the downloaded file to install.

Running Connection Tester

  1. Click Start > Programs > Connection Test > Connection test.

  2. The test will check your Internet connection, this test will take ~90 seconds to run.

  3. Please check the report for advice on any changes to your network configuration that may be required.

 

Connection tester log file

If you are unable to resolve your problem please email support@cuphone.com the log file together with a description of your problem and your network connection.

The log file called Report.log can be found here;

C:\Program Files\ConnectionTest\

To easily find the file, sort the directory by date (it will be the newest files).
