Serial number and email address related problem:

Each CuPhone's hardware comes with serial number.

The serial number will linked to the email ID you used to log in our server first time.

(Like your user ID and password. After login, can not be changed easily for your protection).

The email ID don't have to be an valid email address but has to be unique.

(You CAN NOT use the same email ID for your PPG and IP Phone Center. Each device need to have an unique email ID)

If you need to change your serial number or email ID for any reason, you need to change it locally in your PC as well as in our server. Please follow below instruction to change the email ID.
