Note: Microsoft's internet explorer has
a know bug and failed to download compressed file on some PC. If you
have problem to download, please use
Firefox
|
|
Before you install the new software, please make sure close your
old software |
|
|
- Close you existing old PPG software in lower
right corner system tray (right click then select exit)
|
 |
- Wait 1 min. Uninstall your old PPG software. In Control panel >
add and remove > Personal Phone Gateway and click remove
- Reboot your PC then install the new software
